CHRISOLITHOS    WHITE

Bumblebee yellow in color, intense fruity aromas of ripe melon, fresh picked peaches, and juicy pineapple. Warm to the palate and balanced with characteristic minerally. 

ASSYRTIKO

An accessible wine with fresh and vibrant characteristics. Lively acidic with citrus notes, and a juicy finish.

WHITE BLEND

Pale yellow in color, and opulent in body.  Soft aromas of golden delicious apples and Barlett Pears.  A fresh acidity, and a pronounced finish.

SAVATIANO

​Deep yellow in color, with green undertones.  Intense stone fruit aromas over a delicate green apple background – blend nicely together.

CHARDONNAY

Pale yellow golden color, and medium-bodied.  A white wine emanating enticing warm crisp apples and pears; surrounded by aromas of sweet Vanilla and silky tannins. 

SAUVIGNON BLANC

Medium yellow in color, with an intense citrus aroma.  Fresh clean notes of honey drenched apricots, and a gentle splash of peach.  The palate is full with pure fruit flavors, yet balanced with a persistent crisp mineral finish.
